Donny’s negotiating skills ensured we were successful in getting our new house at asking (!!!), and then they helped us in getting our house staged and ready for sale in 3 weeks. The process from start to finish was as ‘easy’ as could be when trying to purchase and sell in Toronto, and with 3 kids in tow. I really liked how our house was priced fairly, and we were really lucky to have received multiple offers.
